“I worked with Colleen for roughly eight years or so since I was a deputy coroner in Cincinnati, Ohio. After moving to Tampa, Florida five years ago, I began my own private pathology practice and knew immediately which transcription service I wanted for my autopsy dictations. The toll-free dictation number is fantastic, and they also have a web-based site whereby you can upload digitally transcribed files. I prefer the phone- based service as I can use my cell or landline and it is very convenient. With routine turnaround (you can also get stat, but why???), I still obtain my emailed, typewritten protocols in a day or so. The cost is much more reasonable than in-house transcription and it is, in fact, faster, in my experience.

In terms of accuracy I am thrilled, and they know my personal style of dictation better than any other transcriptionists I have worked with. They even remind me when I have forgotten something I ordinarily describe and flag it with notes to me. I’d recommend Colleen to anyone.”
